Software Asset Management Analyst

Wabtec provides equipment, systems and digital solutions for freight and transit rail. This analyst will manage software requests, licensing, procurement, renewals, catalog data and operational reporting.

• Manage software requests through intake, approvals, fulfillment and closure
• Administer license entitlements and improve software asset data in Flexera
• Coordinate requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and invoice issues
• Execute renewal processes and maintain the software renewal calendar
• Maintain the software catalog and recommend software rationalization
• Produce metrics on cost, compliance, request performance and data quality
