About the role
Frauscher provides train detection and railway signaling solutions for rail operators. The trainer will deliver technical training, develop learning materials, and support product knowledge and competency development.
What you'll do
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site technical training
- Develop and update technical training materials and assessments
- Train customers, partners, and employees on products
- Support employee onboarding and capability development
- Maintain training records, feedback, certifications, and effectiveness metrics
