About the role
Ethos provides technology and online services for life insurance consumers, agents and carriers. The trainer will assess, deliver and improve employee training, especially for new hires, and report on training progress and effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Assess training programs and recommend improvements
- Analyze employee competencies and track training progress
- Coach and monitor new employees
- Administer progressive discipline for attendance and performance when needed
