About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for consumers, agents, and carriers to buy and deliver life insurance. You will lead growth projects, analyze business performance, build unit economics models, and pilot AI use cases across teams.
What you'll do
- Drive growth projects from concept to completion
- Lead cross-functional projects across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Analyze funnel, cohort, channel, and retention data
- Build business cases and model unit economics
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products and channels
- Pilot AI use cases that improve business metrics
