About the role
Ethos provides technology-enabled life insurance products and services to consumers, agents and carriers. The associate supports underwriting workflows by tracking applications, coordinating documentation and communications, and preparing reports.
What you'll do
- Support underwriters with evidence requirements
- Track application and policy status for timely processing
- Coordinate updates among agents, clients and internal teams
- Respond to sales queries within agreed SLAs
- Generate and distribute MIS reports for performance tracking
- Gather documentation and coordinate reinstatement requests
