About the role
Ethos provides technology and online services for life insurance consumers, agents, and carriers. The associate will support strategic distribution partners through onboarding, training, account support, and adoption of the Ethos platform.
What you'll do
- Provide sales resources and tools to distribution partners
- Onboard and train distribution partners on the Ethos platform
- Demonstrate Ethos's value and drive partner adoption
- Respond to partner inquiries and support their user experience
- Represent partner needs to internal stakeholders
