About the role
Ethos provides technology and online products that help consumers buy life insurance and help agents and carriers serve families. The Principal Product Manager will shape the consumer journey, using insights and experimentation to improve the experience and insurance application conversion.
What you'll do
- Own the consumer experience from initial discovery through insurance purchase
- Use consumer insights and data to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Educate consumers about life insurance and help them select appropriate coverage
- Remove friction that prevents users from completing applications
- Build accessible, simple end-to-end consumer experiences
