About the role
Ethos provides life insurance products through a technology platform serving consumers, agents, and carriers. The Policy Administration Manager leads the team, improves servicing procedures, manages staffing and escalations, and monitors operational performance.
What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Policy Administration team
- Develop procedures and standards for customer support and policy servicing
- Manage scheduling, team rotations, and escalations
- Monitor key metrics and prepare reports and weekly updates
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members
- Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and other teams
