Senior Director, Enterprise Control Framework

Ethos provides a technology platform for life insurance consumers, agents, and carriers. The director will design and maintain the enterprise non-financial control framework, partner with compliance testing teams, and build a small control framework function.

• Map regulatory and operational obligations to risks and first-line controls
• Write and maintain testable control descriptions and documentation standards
• Run control owner attestations and framework refresh cycles
• Prepare controls for independent testing and incorporate testing findings
• Hire and manage a control framework analyst as the function scales
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and compliance policy updates
