About the role
Smile Foundation runs programs in education, healthcare, skilling and women’s empowerment for underprivileged communities across India. This role secures and manages corporate and institutional funding partnerships across Southern India.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate and foundation donor portfolios to generate annual revenue
- Develop fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship plans
- Identify and secure grants, CSR partnerships and foundation funding
- Lead donor meetings, presentations, proposal discussions and negotiations
- Coordinate proposals, grant reporting and compliance with internal teams
- Maintain donor records, revenue forecasts and performance dashboards
