About the role
Smile Foundation runs education and other development programs for underprivileged children and families. The STEM Facilitator will deliver school activities, support teachers, monitor program progress, and prepare reports and learning materials.
What you'll do
- Plan and conduct STEM classes aligned with project activities and school timetables
- Support implementation and monitoring of school-based education programs
- Train teachers and facilitate capacity-building workshops
- Track field progress and collect, verify, and analyze program data
- Prepare progress reports, case studies, and donor documents
- Promote child protection and safe, gender-sensitive learning environments
