Senior Technical Trainer - Poly

HP provides audio and video conferencing products and services, including Poly hardware and unified communications technologies. The Senior Technical Trainer will create training programs, deliver technical sessions, and mentor trainers on A/V systems and troubleshooting.

• Create and maintain training materials for A/V and video conferencing technologies
• Deliver in-person and virtual training on conferencing systems and troubleshooting
• Assess training effectiveness and update curricula based on feedback and adoption
• Mentor junior trainers and support specialists on instructional design and A/V troubleshooting
• Partner with engineering and vendors to test equipment and train on product updates
