About the role
Material Depot sells interior and decor materials through its Experience Centres and online shopping experience. The trainer will develop and deliver training, SOPs, and coaching to improve sales effectiveness and customer service across frontline teams.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver training for sales and retail teams
- Conduct onboarding, refresher sessions, role plays, and practical exercises
- Develop and standardize SOPs, training materials, and operating guidelines
- Assess skill gaps and evaluate training effectiveness
- Train teams at Bangalore Experience Centres and travel to Hyderabad as needed
