About the role
Material Depot sells home décor products online and works with manufacturers to introduce new collections. This associate will resolve post-purchase issues, coordinate order fulfillment and customer feedback, and support field visits when needed.
What you'll do
- Coordinate delivery updates and respond to order-related tickets
- Resolve delivery escalations, complaints, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges
- Document customer interactions and update the escalation tracker
- Call customers for post-delivery feedback and flag dissatisfaction
- Visit sites when needed to assess material issues or resolve disputes
