About the role
Smile Foundation runs healthcare and other social-impact programmes for underprivileged communities across India. The Health Program Manager oversees healthcare project delivery, ground teams, reporting, compliance and community engagement.
What you'll do
- Oversee execution of approved healthcare projects against timelines and objectives
- Maintain project MIS and PMS, dashboards, and monthly GPS reports
- Manage ground teams and facilitate frontline worker training
- Coordinate healthcare reporting and conduct programme monitoring visits
- Renew vehicle fitness certificates and registrations and submit road taxes
- Engage beneficiaries, government authorities and communities in health programmes
