About the role
Smile Foundation delivers education, healthcare, skilling and women empowerment programs for underprivileged communities across India. The Community Health Officer will oversee healthcare projects, manage ground teams, monitor outcomes and handle compliance for program vehicles.
What you'll do
- Execute approved healthcare projects against timelines and objectives
- Maintain online project MIS data and dashboards
- Engage beneficiaries and oversee healthcare service delivery
- Recruit, manage and orient ground teams
- Renew vehicle fitness certificates and submit road taxes
- Monitor program locations, targets and GPS data
