About the role
The/Nudge Institute works to alleviate poverty through livelihood programs and partnerships across rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion. The associate will develop corporate donor relationships, proposals and pipeline analytics while supporting fundraising delivery and donor engagements.
What you'll do
- Deliver annual fundraising targets with the donor-facing team
- Build proposals and pitch decks for programs
- Research donor partners and maintain donor pipeline analytics
- Coordinate delivery with marketing, program and finance teams
- Support donor volunteering, leadership participation and field visits
