About the role
The/Nudge Institute's the^delta supports founders building scalable pathways to economic opportunity, including initiatives for India's MSME sector. The Associate Director will lead the Future Enterprises vertical, deliver its AI for MSMEs initiative, and build its team and ecosystem partnerships.
What you'll do
- Set strategy and own outcomes for the Future Enterprises vertical
- Build and lead the vertical team, hiring senior managers and associates
- Oversee the design and launch of four Grand Challenges
- Oversee development of the AI-first workforce readiness platform
- Coordinate government, finance, technology, industry and civil society partners
- Establish reporting and governance rhythms for leadership and external partners
