About the role
The/Nudge Institute works to alleviate poverty through livelihoods programs, social entrepreneurship, and partnerships across India. The Talent Acquisition Head will lead recruiting strategy, operations, technology, analytics, employer branding, and the recruitment team.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team
- Oversee sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding
- Build candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment processes
- Evaluate recruitment technologies and report hiring metrics
- Manage the recruitment budget and allocate team resources
