About the role
The/Nudge Institute works with governments and partners on livelihood programs to help vulnerable households move out of poverty. This person will lead program planning, product adoption and feedback workstreams across states, turning data and field evidence into tracked improvements.
What you'll do
- Design review rhythms that produce decisions, owners and next steps
- Lead adoption of product interventions and tools across states
- Define metrics, reporting schedules and data quality checks
- Analyze adoption performance and develop state-specific recommendations
- Design feedback cycles and synthesize field evidence into improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews and track agreed actions to closure
