About the role
The/Nudge Institute designs and scales livelihood programs to reduce poverty in partnership with governments and social-sector organizations. This person will design and iterate health, gender and life-skills interventions for rural households and integrate them into program delivery.
What you'll do
- Design a sequenced curriculum for health, gender and life skills
- Create and iterate coaching modules, facilitation guides and session plans
- Pilot interventions and incorporate field insights and external evidence
- Identify and manage local partners and subject-matter experts
- Embed non-market interventions into existing program delivery
