About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. operates a digital technology ecosystem supported by its Observability Engineering Team. This role will build AI-enabled observability solutions, integrate monitoring across delivery workflows, and guide teams in improving reliability and performance.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end observability solutions for metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry
- Instrument microservices, APIs, front ends, and legacy systems
- Apply AIOps for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and self-healing
- Integrate observability into CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- Establish observability standards, governance, and maturity models
- Mentor engineering teams on observability best practices
