About the role
Equal Experts delivers custom software solutions for enterprise and public sector clients across multiple industries. The GenAI Engineer will design, test, deploy, and monitor production AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and data pipelines.
What you'll do
- Prototype and test models and GenAI approaches
- Create and refine prompts and prompt chains
- Evaluate model and prompt performance using test methodologies
- Build pipelines to monitor production model responses and metrics
- Design and maintain RAG architectures, data pipelines, and document extraction
- Develop evaluation scripts and conduct load testing
