About the role
IDBS provides cloud software and services for BioPharma organizations to manage scientific processes and data. The Lead Software Engineer resolves customer issues, delivers software fixes and enhancements, and promotes engineering practices across the team.
What you'll do
- Develop software solutions for customer escalations and support incidents
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Create, validate, and deliver customer patches and solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support on customer problems
