Sales Operation - Senior Executive

Leica Biosystems develops solutions for cancer diagnostics, serving clinicians with products spanning biopsy to diagnosis. This role manages sales operations, orders, customer and partner coordination, CRM data, service invoicing, and reporting for regional teams.

• Process and coordinate orders and fulfilment for the West region
• Coordinate partner and customer queries, inventory availability, and order tracking
• Administer SFDC and maintain customer and commercial data
• Manage service invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support sales enablement and operational follow-through
• Analyze data, maintain data hygiene, and prepare reports
