About the role
Radiometer provides diagnostic technology and services to support patient care. The National Service Head will lead India and South Asia service strategy, teams, operations, and financial performance.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the India service strategy, operating plan, budget, and performance objectives
- Lead field service, technical support, and service operations
- Improve instrument uptime, response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee service financial performance, resource capacity, and productivity initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements
- Develop service leaders and associates through workforce planning and technical certification
