About the role
Reltio provides a cloud-native data unification and management platform for enterprise customers. This engineer will lead 24×7 SRE operations, incident response, operational KPIs, customer go-lives, and reliability improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead 24×7 operations, incident response, service restoration, and regional handoffs
- Drive customer experience and operational KPIs, ticket health, and backlog reduction
- Coordinate major customer-critical incidents across technical teams
- Improve incident prevention, automation, runbooks, and RCA corrective actions
- Lead operational readiness for customer go-lives and feature enablement
- Mentor engineers and strengthen operational practices
