About the role
Reltio provides an AI-powered cloud platform for unifying and managing enterprise data. This engineer will support customer-critical production operations, respond to incidents, improve service KPIs, and strengthen reliability through operational improvements and automation.
What you'll do
- Respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents in a 24×7 on-call model
- Triage customer issues and drive timely ticket closure
- Track operational KPIs, ticket aging, escalations, and RCA compliance
- Partner with engineering teams to fix recurring incidents and automate workflows
- Support customer go-lives, feature enablement, and tenant infrastructure requirements
- Track corrective actions and improve incident and RCA processes
