Lead - Taxation

Glance operates consumer platforms for personalized shopping, mobile content and commerce. The Taxation Lead will manage Indian and overseas tax compliance, advisory, audits, litigation, transfer pricing and tax processes.

• Manage tax compliance across India and overseas jurisdictions
• Coordinate tax audits, assessments, litigation and external consultants
• Implement transfer pricing policy and provide guidance
• Advise business units on transactions, tax planning and compliance
• Develop effective tax processes and controls
• Monitor tax law changes and support business tax efficiency
