About the role
AppViewX provides enterprise security software for managing machine and AI agent identities. The Legal Counsel will review, draft and negotiate agreements and advise on commercial terms, intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity.

- Review client, supplier, privacy and other commercial agreements
- Draft, vet and negotiate agreements with customers, vendors and third parties
- Liaise with internal clients on legal matters
