About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center provides managed services and client support across regulatory risk and operational resilience programs. This Senior Manager will lead DORA-related service delivery, client projects, teams, risk frameworks, reporting, and resilience testing.

What you'll do

Lead DORA-aligned operational resilience and ICT risk workstreams
Manage regulatory reviews, evidence collection, and third-party ICT risk oversight
Facilitate resilience assessments, scenario testing, and tabletop exercises
Prepare risk committee materials, dashboards, and management reports
Guide teams through escalations, remediation, and process improvement
