About the role
RSM provides professional services to middle-market clients globally. This manager will lead financial due diligence workstreams, analyze transaction financials, and prepare reports and client-facing materials.
What you'll do
- Prepare and review transaction workbooks and databooks
- Manage document request lists and gathered deal data
- Analyze quality of earnings, debt, and net working capital
- Draft sections of financial due diligence reports
- Lead management-call sections and prepare discussion decks
- Manage deal teams and train junior team members
