About the role

What you'll do
- Lead and coach clinical data management teams
- Manage performance, career development, recruitment, and workforce planning
- Oversee data management delivery, quality, timelines, and budgets
- Allocate resources and monitor operational metrics and capacity
- Ensure compliance with GCP, regulations, sponsor requirements, and SOPs
- Represent data management in client meetings, audits, and inspections
