About the role
PwC India’s Acceleration Center provides advisory services to clients across industries and geographies. The M&A Operations Manager will lead transaction workstreams, support financial analysis and valuation, and guide teams through deal execution and integration.
What you'll do
- Lead merger integration and value creation workstreams
- Manage project planning, budgets, execution, and delivery timelines
- Analyze deal structures, acquisition strategies, and integration activities
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation support
- Review financial statements, market data, and industry trends for diligence
- Coach teams and review deliverables across complex client work
