Manager, Embedded Finance Operations

Toast provides restaurant technology and financial products, including lending solutions for restaurants. This manager will build and lead Bengaluru underwriting operations, make credit decisions, and scale processes, analytics, and automation.

• Build underwriting workflows, quality standards, service levels, and controls
• Manage, coach, hire, and develop underwriters
• Review credit decisions, cases, and escalations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate underwriting operations
• Define performance metrics and build analytics dashboards
• Maintain credit policy, compliance, and internal controls
