About the role
SurveyMonkey provides survey and forms software for businesses, supporting customer experience, employee engagement, research, and registration use cases. The Engineering Manager will lead product engineering delivery, reliability, production support, and teams across multiple product lines.
What you'll do
- Lead delivery, sprint planning, and technical debt reduction across products
- Coordinate engineering priorities with customer, security, infrastructure, and product teams
- Maintain platform uptime, performance, security, and SLA compliance
- Oversee production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Hire, manage, coach, and retain engineers across product teams
