About the role
SurveyMonkey provides a survey and forms platform for businesses. You will research and define improvements to enterprise admin and user management, then guide the roadmap and launch products with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery on admin and user management needs
- Translate customer research and sales input into a prioritized roadmap
- Define the admin experience for organizations using SurveyMonkey at scale
- Develop product requirements, rollout plans and go-to-market plans
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales and Engineering to ship products
