About the role
SurveyMonkey provides a survey and forms platform for businesses to gather insights and support customer, employee, and research use cases. This engineer will build automated testing frameworks, validate applications and services, and improve release quality and product reliability.
What you'll do
- Build scalable automated testing frameworks and test suites
- Plan testing strategies and validate releases and production readiness
- Test REST APIs, integrations, and backend services through automation
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Mentor engineers and improve quality practices across the platform
