About the role
The finance function supports PlaySimple's high-volume digital gaming business and pre-IPO governance. This manager will own financial close, reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and P2P and O2C processes.
What you'll do
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close
- Prepare and review financial statements under Indian GAAP and Ind AS
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits and maintain compliance records
- Manage TDS and GST filings, reconciliations, and related notices
- Oversee vendor payments, accounts payable ageing, revenue recognition, and collections
- Reconcile app-store and ad-platform revenue with internal records
