About the role
Arcesium provides financial technology to financial institutions, and its Middle Office group manages transaction, reference and asset servicing data across financial products. This person will manage middle-office operations, onboard clients to the platform and coordinate workflow integrations and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Manage daily transactions, security master records, reference data and asset servicing
- Onboard clients by defining scope, integrating systems, testing and establishing workflows
- Resolve operational exceptions with clients, investment managers and data vendors
- Consult internal pricing and trade accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
- Develop reports, specifications and workflows with technology teams
- Support product implementation and user acceptance testing
