About the role
Arcesium is a financial technology firm serving sophisticated financial institutions with data-driven solutions. The Senior Counsel will advise on contracts, employment matters, corporate governance and compliance across the company’s Indian and global operations.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial and procurement agreements
- Maintain contract templates, playbooks and contracting guidelines
- Advise on employment lifecycle, workplace policies and labour compliance
- Manage internal investigations, employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Advise leaders on corporate law, governance and regulatory compliance
- Manage external counsel and provide risk-adjusted legal solutions
