About the role
Swiggy Instamart delivers groceries and other products to customers across India within minutes. You will develop and execute new growth initiatives, using customer insights and cross-functional plans to improve frequency, retention, or customer acquisition.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of new business initiatives
- Identify growth and customer experience opportunities through customer engagement
- Coordinate product, marketing, and category teams on initiative execution plans
- Develop initiatives such as category launches, business models, and pricing strategies
