About the role
AiDASH provides satellite-powered intelligence software to help electric utilities manage grid vegetation, assets, storms and wildfire risks. The People & Culture Manager will shape people practices, advise business leaders, and own performance, compensation, hiring and compliance work.
What you'll do
- Learn how the business and teams operate before shaping people practices
- Advise business stakeholders on people decisions and organizational needs
- Own and evolve performance management, from goal setting to outcomes
- Develop compensation philosophy, salary bands and reward structures
- Assess candidates in behavioural interviews and hiring decisions
- Own people policies and compliance across India and the UK
