Swiggy Instamart provides rapid grocery delivery across cities in India. This role leads process improvement and operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory management and delivery processes.
What you'll do
- Design and program-manage process improvement projects using lean methodology
- Improve operational processes for inventory management, storage and 5S
- Analyze operational data and coordinate action planning with business units
- Support implementation of redesigned processes and systems
- Work with product teams on process and product design flows
