About the role
Autonomize AI builds enterprise AI products that help organizations extract insights from unstructured data. The QA Manager will lead quality engineering and manage release governance, delivery schedules, and a team of QA engineers and SDETs.
What you'll do
- Define quality strategy, metrics, and testing roadmaps
- Lead, mentor, and grow QA engineers and SDETs
- Oversee automation frameworks and testing for AI and data pipelines
- Own release schedules, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions
- Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
- Track production issues and lead root cause analyses
