About the role
Trane Technologies develops climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. You will lead a team delivering embedded controls software from architecture and development through integration and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop embedded software engineers
- Plan and prioritize software deliverables across projects
- Guide software architecture, coding, debugging, integration, and validation
- Drive design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions
- Coordinate engineering teams to meet requirements, quality targets, and schedules
- Resolve issues through root cause analysis and corrective action
