About the role
PwC Advisory supports corporate clients with technology strategy for complex mergers, integrations, separations, and divestitures. This manager will lead deal technology workstreams, assess IT risks and value opportunities, develop transaction plans and financial models, and coach project teams.
What you'll do
- Lead technology strategy discussions for corporate transactions
- Assess IT landscapes, risks, and value creation opportunities
- Develop integration, separation, and systems migration plans
- Manage solution design and implementation workstreams
- Build IT financial models for transaction costs and synergies
- Coach junior professionals and contribute to proposals
