About the role

What you'll do
- Lead and mentor QA engineers across delivery models
- Design, build and maintain UI, API and data-validation automation frameworks
- Create and review test strategies, plans and cases from requirements
- Adopt AI tools for test design, script generation and defect analysis
- Own risk-based regression strategy
- Collaborate with developers, product owners and delivery leads
