About the role
Swiggy Instamart offers grocery delivery in India, aiming to deliver more than 30,000 products within 10–15 minutes. The Warehouse Manager will lead warehouse, middle-mile and reverse-logistics operations, manage teams, and improve cost and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Lead inbound, outbound, dispatch, inventory and liquidation warehouse operations
- Monitor regional warehouse KPIs and take corrective action
- Manage middle-mile and reverse logistics between warehouses and dark stores
- Ensure warehouses meet statutory requirements with quality, compliance and HR teams
- Optimize logistics costs through process improvements, vendor negotiations and route planning
- Lead warehouse teams and drive retention and productivity programs
