• Coordinate marketing, branding, design, and PR agency deliverables
• Create and manage social media content and campaign materials
• Plan and execute company events, visits, and conferences
• Source vendors, compare quotations, and coordinate orders and deliveries
• Track vendor records, costs, inventory, and timelines
• Support office requirements and maintain marketing materials inventory
